Ragout of mushrooms

Saute finely chopped medium onion, small piece of ginger and 2 cloves of garlic, add about 350 g of chanterelle mushrooms and 2 sliced green chilies, salt and pepper, saute all some more.  
.Add good dash each of curcuma, coriander, cinnamon and red chili or paprika. Add fresh cream or crème fraiche, and simmer until mushrooms are done. Add chopped parsley to taste.  
Serve with pasta or rice.  
Add halved and sliced bell peppers of different colours together with mushrooms.
