Green Salad

Shred lettuce or mixed green leaf salad, (young spinach leaves also taste nice) add chopped spring onion or purple onion. Soak 1 tb sp. of dried barberries in small amount of water, drain. Prepare dressing with olive oil and aceto balsamico, salt, pepper, add barberries and pour on salad.  
As I'm usually in a hurry when preparing lunch, I just soak the barberries in the salad dressing while preparing the salad, with no adverse results.
