Ragout of mushrooms
|

|
Saute
finely chopped medium onion, small piece of ginger and 2 cloves of garlic,
add about 350 g of chanterelle mushrooms and 2 sliced green chilies, salt
and pepper, saute all some more. |

.Add
good dash each of curcuma, coriander, cinnamon and red chili or paprika.
Add fresh cream or crème fraiche, and simmer until mushrooms are
done. Add chopped parsley to taste. |

Serve
with pasta or rice. |
