Pasta Sauce 1

|
|
Saute
half a medium onion, two cloves of garlic and half a green bell peppers
cut in very small cubes in a bit of vegetable oil. |

Add
some hot red chilies, cut finely, and a tin of cut tomatoes. Add a dash
of ground cinnamon and a pinch of saffron threads. |
|
|
|
|
|
Cook
on small flame for about ten minutes, add salt and freshly ground black
pepper to taste, than add about a cup of fresh cream. Stir and let the
sauce
simmer for another few minutes. Just before it's ready, if you like you
can add a handful of black olives, cut into little pieces. |
